Meal times:

Breakfast buffet:                               7:30 am till 10:00 am

 
Key card system:

Your room key does not only open the door to your room, but also

• the doors to the wellness area, the luggage room and the door to the ski room

“Do not disturb” – by pressing the green button on the inside of the door you indicate to the chambermaid that you do not want to be disturbed.

Spa:

The spa with whirlpool, steam room, Finnish sauna and experience shower is in the basement of the hotel and is opened daily from

4:00 pm till 7:00 pm (in summer after preliminary demand)

We provide bath towels in the whirlpool area. Children under 16 years are kindly asked to leave the spa at 6:00 pm.

The use is included in the price of the room for every day, except the day of departure.

Incurred damages:

If the inventory is not correct or is damaged, we kindly ask you to notify the reception. We will do our best to remedy all defects as soon as possible.

Fire alarm:

If the fire alarm sets off, please try to keep calm. Please keep windows and doors closed. Check whether it is a false alarm or whether there is a fire. In the event of a real fire, leave the room and use the escape routes.

Wireless LAN is available in all rooms. The password is: europa007

Check-out

As your holiday ends it will be the first day of the holiday for the arriving guest. We kindly ask you to leave your room by 10 am on the day of departure and hand in your room cards at reception. You are welcome to leave your luggage in our luggage room. Transfers to the car park or post office are available on the day of departure until 4:45 p.m.
