Check-In: 15.00 - 21.30
Check-Out: 7.30 - 10.00

Cancellation:
If cancelled more than 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled more than 14 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled more than 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show or early departure, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Non refundable rates will always be charged with 100%.

Children and extra beds:
All children under 5.9 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
Children from 6 to 11.9 years get a reduction of 50 % in an extra bed.
Children from 12 to 15.9 years get a reduction of 40 % in an extra bed.
Older children or adults get a reduction of 30 % in an extra bed.

Maximum capacity of extra beds/baby cots in a room is 1.

It's possible that supplement costs won't be calculated and may have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Pets:
Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable (CHF 15.- per night).

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
